‘Party Pot’ Promotion – Melbourne Cup 2026

Terms & Conditions

  1.  This offer commences at 9:00am AEDT Sunday 1 November 2026 and ends at the scheduled start of Leg 1 of the Quaddie at Flemington on Tuesday 3 November 2026 (Offer Period).
  2. To be eligible to receive an equal share of $25,000 in Bonus Cash (Pool), you must:
    1. be an existing NextBet customer; and
    2. place an Eligible Bet during the Offer Period (Eligible Customer).
  3. Eligible Bet means a bet that:
    1. is an Early Quaddie or Quaddie on the Flemington race meeting on Melbourne Cup Day, Tuesday 3 November 2026;
    2. is a Quaddie on the nominated meeting only. Quaddies on any other meeting or race day are not eligible;
    3. has a minimum total stake of $20, regardless of the flexi percentage;
    4. is placed using real cash during the Offer Period. Bets placed with bonuses are not eligible; and
    5. is settled as a win or loss. Bets that are cancelled or refunded in full are not eligible.
  4. This offer applies to the first Eligible Bet placed by each Eligible Customer during the Offer Period. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to a maximum of one (1) share of the Pool, including where they place both an Early Quaddie and a Quaddie.
  5. The value of each share will be calculated by dividing the Pool by the number of Eligible Customers, rounded down to the nearest cent.
  6. Pool shares will be credited to Eligible Customers’ accounts as Bonus Cash within 24 hours of the conclusion of the final race at Flemington on Melbourne Cup Day.
  7. Bets placed using other Rewards Tokens such as Boosts, Bet Backs, Free Swings or Bet & Get will not be eligible for the promotion.
  8. Telephone bets are excluded from the offer.
  9. NextBet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine a customer’s eligibility for certain products, bet types or promotions, in part or in full.
  10. NextBet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this offer at any time.
